The manual harvest and the accurate vinification under a constant controlled grapes’ temperature, make possible the realization of a wine with the typical varietal aroma of Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella autochthonous grapes.
After different processing steps, the wine ages in small/medium-sized barrel, and subsequently, it refines in bottle for at least 3 months.
A brilliant red colour with slight purple hues, intense floral hints of violet, ripe cherry and elegant balsamic notes. The palate is consistent with the bouquet, soft, persistent, characterized by a pleasant acid note and a finely spicy aftertaste, that reminds black pepper.
It is an excellent match for lasagnette or bigoli with meat sauce, risotto with zucchini blossoms, thick spaghetti with tomato sauce and basil, grilled meat.
