Jol is bottled in early spring and it is ready to drink during the hot season. This wine is obtained by a light maceration of red grapes and rosè vinification, sorting the best autochthonous red grapes of Verona: Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella, all coming from company vineyards.
The wine ages exclusively in stainless steel barrels under constant controlled temperature, for the purpose of preserving not only the elegant varietal aromas but also the fresh and sapid flavour.
The bright coral colour and the very intense aroma of wilted violet and rose, wild strawberry, fresh black cherry, medicinal herbs and slight citrus notes are the main features that distinguish this wine. The taste is soft and round with savoury, refined and persistent finish, while the aftertaste leaves a gentle almond scent.
