VALPOLICELLA CLASSICO D.O.C.

Characteristics:

A wine obtained from red grapes typical of Valpolicella Classica, harvested by hand after mid-October.

Vinification:

The grapes are destemmed and soft crushed; the must ferments on the skins for 8 days in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Description

Tasting Notes:

Ruby red color. Soft and tannic on the palate with cherries and mature fruit on the nose.

Pairing:

Wonderful with first courses (pasta or rice dishes), red meat and cheese.

Advice:

Serve at room temperature 18° (64°F).
