Everyday wine to enjoy at any time of the day. Its history is an integral part of Valpolicella wines: from Arusnati, who cultivated the vine as early as the seventh century A.D, to the Romans who made a great contribution to Valpolicella winemaking. The name’s origin theory states that the name “Valpolicella” would come from the Latin Vallis polis cellae (valley from a multitude of wineries), thus it confirms the important value attributed to the Valpolicella enology.
Valpolicella Classico wine comes from hand-sorted grapes and it is put on sale only after a proper refining in wine steel tanks, where it gains the right balance that makes it soft, harmonious and enjoyable.
Red ruby colour with light purple reflections, scents of violet, cherry, blackberry, balsamic notes and sweet almonds. The smooth and pleasantly fresh palate makes it a versatile wine and easy to pair.
