Description
Aging:
After the various phases of vinification, there follow at least 12 months of aging in oak barrels. The wine then matures 3 months in the bottle.
Tasting Notes:
Intense ruby red color. On the palate, full bodied, delicate and tannic. Notes of both sweet and wild cherry.
Pairing:
An excellent choice for roasts, red meat and aged cheeses.
Advice:
Serve at room temperature 18°-20°C (64°-68°F).
