Characteristics:
A wine born of a long tradition. Produced from a scrupulous selection of Garganega grapes, harvested by hand in mid-September and partially dried (a traditional process called appassimento) in dedicated drying chambers.
Vinification:
After soft crushing, the must ferments in dedicated tanks for 10 days.
