Intense ruby red color, forest fruits and wild cherries on the nose. The palate is smooth, dry, and harmonious.
Aging:
Following the various phases of vinification, the wine rests in medium sized oak barrels for 48 months, followed by bottle aging for 6 months.
Pairing:
Optimal with wild game, fine roasted meats and aged cheeses.
Advice:
Open two hours before serving, serve at 17°-18°C (62°-65°F).
