Description
Aging:
The wine is aged for 30 months in small to medium sized oak barrels, then in the bottle for another 4 months.
Tasting Notes:
Garnet red color of moderate intensity. Silky, full-bodied and palate warming. Forest fruit and wild cherry on the nose.
Pairing:
Recommended for braised and roasted meats, above all, wild game. Optimal with aged cheeses.
Advice:
Open some hours before serving, serve at 17°-18°C (62°-65°F).
