Description
Aging:
After various phases of vinification, the wine is transferred into smaller oak barrels, where it rests for 30 months. Finally the wine is bottle aged for an additional 4 months.
Tasting Notes:
Exhibits an intense ruby red color, forest fruits and wild cherries on the nose. The palate is dry, velvety and harmonious.
Pairing:
Perfect with wild game and aged cheeses.
Advice:
Open two hours before serving, serve at 17°-18°C (62°-65°F).
