ROSSO VERONESE I.G.T. “LE VALATE”

Characteristics:

A studied blend of red grapes selected respecting the production guidelines for IGT Veronese. The fruit is hand-harvested in the second half of October.

Vinification:

The grapes are destemmed and soft crushed; the resulting must ferments on the skins for 8 days in dedicated stainless steel tanks with temperature control.

Description

Tasting Notes:

Ruby red color. Soft tannic palate and mature fruit on the nose.

Pairing:

Ideal paired with first courses (pasta or rice), red meat and cheese.

Advice:

Serve at room temperature 18°C (18°C).
