Description
Aging:
Aging begins in oak barrels where the wine rests for at least 18 months, it is then bottle aged for at least 3 months.
Tasting Notes:
Ruby red with hints of garnet. Refined palate, harmonious, dry and velvety with cherry and forest fruit on the nose.
Pairing:
Excellent with first courses (pasta or rice dishes), second courses (meat dishes), cured meat and medium-aged cheeses.
Advice:
Serve at room temperature 18°-20°C (64°-68°F).
