ROSSO VERONESE I.G.T. “LE CORBELARE”

Characteristics:

Wine obtained from red grapes following the production guidelines for IGT Veronese, handpicked after mid-October.

Vinification:

The grapes are destemmed and soft crushed. The must ferments on the skins for 8 days, during which, it is frequently pumped over.

Description

Aging:

The wine is aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels, then bottle aged for at least 3 months.

Tasting Notes:

Ruby red color, pleasant and delicate with cherry aromas.

Pairing:

Pairs well with pasta dishes, red meat, roasted or grilled meats and aged cheese.

Advice:

Serve at room temperature 18°-20°C (64°-68°F).
