Description
Aging:
The wine is aged for at least 12 months in oak barrels, then bottle aged for at least 3 months.
Tasting Notes:
Ruby red color, pleasant and delicate with cherry aromas.
Pairing:
Pairs well with pasta dishes, red meat, roasted or grilled meats and aged cheese.
Advice:
Serve at room temperature 18°-20°C (64°-68°F).
